Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Policy

No Cancellation Policy

  • Once you purchase a subscription plan, it cannot be cancelled
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Your subscription will remain active for the full billing period
  • All subscription fees are final and non-negotiable
  • This policy applies to all subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)

Monthly Subscription Terms

  • Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month
  • Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to all features during the active period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
  • Subscription benefits cannot be transferred to another account

Subscription Requirements

  • An active subscription is mandatory to use Snap Show services
  • Free trial periods (if applicable) are limited and non-renewable
  • Account access will be suspended if subscription payment fails
  • All premium features require an active paid subscription

2. Digital Album Credits System

Credit Purchase Policy

  • Credits can only be purchased by users with an active subscription
  • Credits are used for digital album functionality and related services
  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Credits cannot be converted back to cash or refunded
  • Minimum subscription requirement must be maintained to use credits

Credit Usage and Deduction

  • Credits are automatically deducted when using digital album features
  • Credit consumption varies based on album size, features, and customization
  • Used credits cannot be restored or refunded
  • Credit balance can be viewed in your account dashboard
  • Low credit balance notifications will be sent via email

Credit Recharge

  • Credits can be recharged at any time through your account
  • Multiple recharge options available with different credit amounts
  • Recharge transactions are processed through secure Razorpay gateway
  • Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment
  • Recharge history is maintained in your account for reference

3. Payment Processing

Razorpay Integration

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Payment processing fees are included in the displayed amount
  • Failed payments will result in service suspension
  • Payment confirmations are sent via email

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Technical Issues

  • Service credits may be provided for extended platform outages (over 24 hours)
  • Technical issues must be reported within 48 hours
  • Service credits are provided as account credits, not cash refunds
  • Snap Show reserves the right to determine service credit eligibility

Billing Errors

  • Duplicate charges will be refunded within 7-10 business days
  • Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of transaction
  • Proof of duplicate payment required for refund processing
  • Refunds for billing errors are processed to the original payment method

5. Account Termination

Voluntary Account Closure

  • Users can close their account at any time
  • No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription period
  • Unused credits will be forfeited upon account closure
  • Account data will be deleted after 30 days of closure
  • Account closure is permanent and irreversible

Involuntary Termination

  • Accounts may be terminated for terms of service violations
  • No refunds provided for terminated accounts
  • All credits and subscription benefits are forfeited
  • Appeal process available within 7 days of termination

6. Data Export Before Account Closure

Before closing your account, you can export:

  • Portfolio images in original resolution
  • Client contact information in CSV format
  • Event details and booking history
  • Digital albums created using credits
  • Business analytics and performance reports

Important: Data export must be completed before account closure as data recovery is not possible after termination.

7. Credit Expiration Policy

  • Credits do not expire, but an active subscription is required to use them.

8. Dispute Resolution

Internal Resolution

  • All disputes must first be raised with Snap Show support team
  • Response provided within 48-72 hours of dispute submission
  • Documentation and proof required for all dispute claims
  • Final decision rests with Snap Show management

Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes subject to Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction
  • Indian laws and regulations apply to all transactions
  • Arbitration preferred over court proceedings
  • Legal costs borne by the losing party

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Snap Show after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is the user's responsibility to review policy changes regularly.
