Our platform is designed to streamline photography business operations and enhance professional workflow.

3. Photographer Account Requirements

3.1 Registration: Photographers must provide accurate business information, contact details, and professional credentials during registration.

3.2 Professional Standards: Users must be legitimate photography professionals or businesses offering photography services.

3.3 Account Security: Photographers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.

3.4 Account Verification: We may require verification of professional photography credentials or business registration.

4. Platform Usage

4.1 Portfolio Management: Photographers may upload and manage their photography portfolio, ensuring all images are original work or properly licensed.

4.2 Event Creation: Users can create, edit, and manage photography events through our event management system.

4.3 Client Management: The platform provides tools to manage client information, communications, and project details.

4.4 Activity Tracking: Users can monitor their business activities, performance metrics, and client interactions through our analytics tools.

5. Payment Processing

5.1 Razorpay Integration: All payment processing is handled through Razorpay, our secure payment partner.

5.2 Subscription Fees: Photographers are responsible for timely payment of subscription fees according to their chosen plan.

5.3 Client Payments: The platform facilitates secure payment collection from clients for photography services.

5.4 Transaction Fees: Standard payment processing fees apply as per Razorpay's terms and our pricing structure.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Photography Content: Photographers retain full ownership of their uploaded photography work and portfolio images.

6.2 Platform License: By uploading content, photographers grant Snap Show a limited license to display their work within the platform for business management purposes.

6.3 Copyright Compliance: All uploaded content must be original work or properly licensed. Photographers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all uploaded material.

6.4 Platform Features: All platform functionality, design, and business tools remain the intellectual property of PhotoConnect.

7. Professional Responsibilities

7.1 Service Quality: Photographers must maintain professional standards in their work and client interactions.

7.2 Client Communication: Professional and timely communication with clients is expected through platform tools.

7.3 Event Management: Photographers must accurately manage their event schedules and availability through the platform.

7.4 Business Compliance: Users must comply with local business regulations and photography industry standards.

8. Prohibited Activities

Photographers are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for non-photography business purposes
  • Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Attempting to circumvent payment processing systems
  • Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting professional credentials
  • Using the platform to compete directly with Snap Show services
  • Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals
  • Violating client privacy or confidentiality

9. Data and Privacy

9.1 Business Data: Photographers maintain ownership of their business data, client information, and photography content.

9.2 Platform Analytics: We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve platform features and services.

9.3 Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect photographer and client data.

10. Service Availability

10.1 Platform Access: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

10.2 Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

10.3 Feature Updates: We regularly update and improve platform features, which may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

Snap Show is not liable for any business losses, client disputes, or indirect damages arising from platform usage. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim. Photographers are responsible for their own business operations and client relationships.

12. Termination

12.1 Account Termination: Photographers may terminate their account at any time through account settings.

12.2 Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

12.3 Data Export: Upon termination, photographers can export their business data within 30 days of account closure.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
